Welcome to Om Chanti Fitness! I'm Chantal Huber, a 47 year old personal trainer and yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience helping people build strength, improve flexibility, and move with confidence. I understand firsthand how our bodies change over time-especially during perimenopause

-and how important it is to adapt training to feel strong, capable, and energized at any stage of life.

 

My coaching method blends strength training, mobility work, lifestyle guidance and nutritional education to help you get leaner, lose fat, and build lasting strength. Whether you want to move better, get stronger, or simply feel more at home in your body, my approach is designed to meet you where you're at and guide you every step of the way.
